Why the change?
Over the years, we attempted to use a traditional forum to engage with our community. However, it proved to be too outdated and cumbersome for most players. We then transitioned to a more updated version called Discourse, but we still struggled to gain the traction needed to justify the already limited free time we had for moderating and upkeep.
Now, as Discord has become the preferred platform for gamers and communities, we aim to centralize our interactions in the same server. This allows for more meaningful engagement with others, while simultaneously relieving the burden of maintaining yet another platform, keeping it up-to-date, and ensuring its well-being.
