[Wiki] Item's Augments (mods)

Item’s Augments (mods)

Augments or mods are the stats that appear at the right side of any item:

There is also a dedicated area for them at the bottom of each item icon:

item_1

The ways to get an item with augments are from mob drops, buying them from the NPC (randomly) or another player.

Items can have 1 to 3 augments. And the mods are chosen randomly out of the 24 unique modifiers.

These mods are not affected by Stat Training.

You can reroll your augments to get another set of random modifiers. Rerolling does not increase or decrease the number of augments your item has. The cost of rerolling is the same as the buy price of the item.

To reroll you item you need to talk with Augment Re-Forging NPC (Irzax) at the top of Laurum Harbor.

10 out the 24 modifiers change depending on the level of the item, and the other 14 are fix percentages (see Stats).

Below is a table with all augments and their icons:

Note³: Exp mod only works with grinding experience. Doesn’t apply to quests or experience reward from potions. To increase exp obtained through those sources read about rebirthing: [Wiki] Rebirth System

‘The only way to get an item with augments is by mob drops, or buying them from another player’

You can also get modded items by buying them from the shop.

Then hit the Edit btn and change submit the change, its a Wiki post

Post updated with the new balance changes added in the 1.3 version patch.
Added caps of each mod.

Dear,
Good Morning!

Could you explain how the ‘Item Drop Chance’ calculation works?
I have a 48% DROP chance and I think the DROP is very weak. I would like to understand a little better and know if it makes sense to invest in more items with a DROP chance.

People get drop chance confused between a flat % and a increased %. It is an increased percent, i.e if you had 100% drop rate and an item had 1% chance to drop it now has 2% chance to drop.

It helps out a little when farming items for gold and better chance at ds or boss drops, but usually means you need to invest at least 50% into the mod to get better odds.

Hope this helps understand the mod a little better.

It was just to confirm what I imagined.
Thank you very much for the clarification!
In fact, this only makes sense if it is FULL ITEMS DROP CHANCE, all equipments.

Post updated with information of the upcoming v1.4 update.

How exp bonus actually works? I have 40% exp bonus, but in quests, if reward is 30k exp, it adds just ~3-4k exp bonus. How i calculated, it should be ~12k

Exp from equipment only works with grind experience, doesn’t work with quests or experience potions. Same with extra experience from servers(When event on or in hard/nightmare difficulty)

The only way to increase quests experience is doing rebirth, for each rebirth you get a 1% extra bonus to quests and potions.
